I’ve forgotten my password what can I do?
On the log in page, click the forgotten password option. This will email your registered email a password reset link. You can then change your password and log in as usual.

Does OM Spy software work on an Apple Mac?
Unfortunately OM Spy is only available for Windows. However if OM Spy is installed on a Windows computer or Laptop, the logs can be viewed from any device with an internet connect via our remote viewing option.

What is the frequency of screenshots?
By default OM Spy takes 3 screenshots every 5 minutes. If you don't want to record screenshots, simply untick the screenshot recording option in the settings area.

Does OM Spy record when the browser is in private and incognito mode?
Even if the website history is deleted or a private browser session is used, our software would have recorded every single website visited. Our software also takes screenshots, enabling to see the sites they viewed too.
