What computer do I need to run OM SPY, and what are the requirements?
OM SPY can run on any computer with Microsoft Windows as the operating
system, including: Windows 98, 98SE, 2000, NT, ME, XP, Vista and Windows 7.
Minimum RAM is 128Mb
An internet connection is also needed for the remote surveillance option
- OM SPY will work for a 56K internet connection and faster.
Does the program work in my country?
OM SPY can be used worldwide.
How much disk space do the logs take up?
This depends on three factors:
1. If you choose to take screen snapshots or not
2. How many days you allow OM SPY to record before automatically deleting past logs
3. How heavily the PC is used
A typical 8-hour day of recording will take:
- Screen snapshot option on - about 10-20Mbs of hard disk space
- Screen snapshot option off (just keylogging) - max 1Mb of hard disk space
By default logs are deleted after 8 days, however this can be changed.
What is the OM SPY license policy?
If you purchase OM SPY it can be used on one computer at a time. If you need it for two computers, then two licenses (product) will need to be ordered. If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount or visit our bulk discount page.

How easy is it to install and use OM SPY?
OM SPY was designed with ease of use in mind. No one wants to read a large manual and spend ages looking for the thing they want the software to do.
OM SPY has a minimalist styled interface which makes it simple to use. No confusing options, strange looking icons or hard to find settings.
OM SPY has a help button at the top of the screen. If you click this a help window will pop up and give you help about the area you're using.
