How do I open the program - It's invisible?

To re-open OM SPY so that you can view the logs, hold down your three secret keys. A password screen should then appear. Enter your password, and click the OK button and OM SPY will appear.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial works in exactly the same way as the paid for version - however you can only view the recordings 5 times or for 7 days - whichever comes first. Some features can only be used a certain number of times.

Once the free trial has ended OM SPY will still record all computer activity, but it must be purchased in order to view these recordings.

I've forgotten my password what can I do?

If you entered your email address when setting up OM SPY, simply hold down your three secret keys. A password screen should then appear. Click the small blue link towards the bottom left of the screen and you will be emailed a copy of your details - if the email does not arrive in your inbox please note this email may be sent to your "spam mailbox".

Then the password screen appears - click the link which reads Forgotten Password.
