Q: What computer do I need to use OM SPY?
OM SPY can run on any computer with Microsoft Windows as the operating
system, including: Windows 98, 98SE, 2000, NT, ME, XP, Vista and Windows 7.
An internet connection is also needed for the remote viewing option - OM
SPY will work for a 56K internet connection and faster.
Q: How much disk space do the logs take up?
This depends on three factors:
1. If you choose to take screen snapshots or not
2. How many days you allow OM SPY to record before automatically deleting
past logs
3. How heavily the PC is used
A typical 8-hour day of recording will take:
* Screen snapshot option on - about 10-20Mbs of hard disk space
* Screen snapshot option off (just keylogging) - max 1Mb of hard disk space
By default logs are deleted after 8 days, however this can be easily changed.

How to activate remote viewing
Launch OM SPY, and click the remote viewing option.
Click the box to turn this feature on, and then set up an account.
Choose a user name and a password, confirm this password, and Press OK.
That's it - your remote viewing account is setup, and this procedure will never have be done again!
How to view logs over the internet
Simply visit our main website from any computer: www.OMSPY.com, and click
the RemoteViewing button at the top right of the screen.
Enter your user name and password. Then you can select an option: "view live log" or "view past logs".
If you pressed "view live log", you can monitor what your target is up to in real time. Every 60 seconds the screen is updated so you are seeing exactly what your target is doing!
If you pressed "view past logs" simply select the date you want and the logs will appear for you to view.
Q: How do I open the program - It's invisible?
OM SPY runs invisibly because it's been designed to be undetectable! In
order to view the logs and change the settings it must be opened - here's
how:
To re-open OM SPY so that you can view the logs, hold down your three secret
keys. A password screen should then appear. Enter your password, and click
the OK button and OM SPY will appear.
E.g. Ctrl + Alt + B
Then the password screen appears - enter your password and press OK.
Q: How does the free trial work?
The free trial works in exactly the same way as the paid for version -
however you can only view the recordings 5 times or for 7 days - whichever
comes first. Some features can only be used a certain number of times.
Once the free trial has ended OM SPY will still record all computer activity,
but it must be purchased in order to view these recordings.
Q: I've forgotten my password - what can I do?
If you entered your email address when setting up OM SPY, simply hold down
your three secret keys. A password screen should then appear. Click the
small blue link towards the bottom left of the screen and you will be emailed
a copy of your details - if the email does not arrive in your inbox please
note this email may be sent to your 'spam mailbox'.
E.g. Ctrl + Alt + B
Then the password screen appears - click the link which reads 'Forgotten
Password'.
