If you purchase OM Spy it can be used on up to: 1 computer at a time (Lite version), 3 separate computers at a time (Essential version) or at least 5 computers at a time (Professional version). If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount.
You will receive an automated email straight after your purchase. The email includes instructions on how to download, install & activate OM Spy. Please be sure to check your 'spam' folder too, because some email messages can be mistaken for 'spam'. If you have not had any emails from us with 24 hours please be sure to contact us regarding the matter.
You are entitled to try-before-you-buy.
We offer a generous 30 day refund policy. The money will be credited to the card that payment was made from. Upon a refund request you must provide your registered OM Spy username and email so we can deactivate your account.
We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours, however please allow a maximum of 72 hours. To contact support please use the contact form and not our email address, as some emails will get deleted because they are mistaken for 'spam' email.
You may not place any our of software (OM Spy), on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. Distributing the software, design and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) by any means is forbidden. All rights to the downloaded design and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to 'OM Spy'.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE, DESIGN AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THE PACKAGE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PACKAGE.
IN NO CASE SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED UPON A BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
